Gates Longhorn and Longhorn AF

Longhorn hose is designed to transfer commercial gasolines, diesel oils, fuel oils and many other petroleum products. It is an ideal choice for oil field service truck use or environmental cleanup and is compatible with clean-burning, renewable Biodiesel B-100.

The corrugated cover version of this hose adds extra flexibility and lowers the force to bend factor for easy handling. Specify Longhorn AF hose for better performance with alternative fuels including E-85 and B-100. Longhorn and Longhorn AF are not for use with jet fuel, jet fuel acts as a solvent to remove the plasticizers, this contaminates the fuel.

Under certain circumstances, Longhorn can be used as a hydraulic system return line. Make sure that the hydraulic fluid temperature doesn't exceed the limits of this hose.
